Default ROS customization set to Internal Medicine specialty.

To customize the Review of System, tap on Custom button. The Customize ROS screen will be opened. Now you can simply define how many check boxes you’ll need for your Review of System screen. For instance in case if you are a Neurologist you need approximately use 11 check boxes. So you can uncheck boxes, which you will not use.

When done click Save, you’ll be prompted to confirm if you like to save changes, tap OK.

Customization Process (Neurology)

You can modify the default contents of the selected check boxes (under Rename Label) according to the Neurology specialty.

Customize Physical Exam screen

To customize Physical Exam screen tap on Custom button. The Customize Physical Exam screen will be opened. For this sample we’ll use Psych/Mental specialty. By selecting check boxes you defining, which labels, drop downs and text boxes will be shown on the Physical Exam – Psych/Mental screen.

Then you can modify the default contents of the selected check boxes (under Rename Label) according to the Psych/Mental specialty.

When done click Save, you’ll be prompted to confirm if you like to save changes, select OK.

Use Edit Category feature to modify existing or make new entries in the drop down.
