Entry form
Last Name and First Name are required
info, needed to be entered in the designated text boxes. Once completed,
tap the Save button. You've successfully entered New Patient.

Patient Lookup
features
You can use Back and Next buttons to
sequentially navigate to other screens. If you like to skip some screens and
say go right to a particular entry form, for instance ROS (Review of
Systems), you have a choice of accessing the Option menu and selecting a
menu item with the name of the screen you want to go to.

On Patient Lookup
screen you are able to search by entering last name or MR number (in full or
partially). For example you can enter Simpson, to perform search with exact
match, or enter “Simp” to run search on all matches which contain “Simp”.
Delete Patient
Select Patient you
like to delete, by tapping that row, it will be highlighted with yellow
color.
Tap Delete button on
the bottom of the screen.
Show
To get to the
Patient Info screen, tap the row with the patient you’re like to go to in
the patient table and then tap Show button.
To go to other
screens highlight desirable patient in the table, tap Options Menu and
select Screen you like to see.

Expandable text
boxes
Most of the text
boxes in your application are expandable in order to give you more space on
the screen.
Tap Text field. Text box will
automatically expand, opening up an entry area with yellow background. Type
or copy (using Edit Menu Paste option) your notes, when done tap on another
text box, drop down or the screen itself, previously opened text box will be
closed and background will be reset to regular color.

Edit Category
Feature
Almost all of dropdowns, which you can
find in the application, allow you to customize the list of available
options. To do that, you have to open dropdown, scroll it all the way down,
to the very last option is Edit Category, select it. The Edit Category
dialog box will be opened. You'll see the contents of the dropdown box
within list box.

Add custom
category
You can create new category, edit (change
name of existing category) and delete unnecessary category.
a). To create a new category, tap New
button, you'll be prompted with an input box, where you can enter name of
your new category. When you're done tap Ok button. This new category will be
permanently saved, so when you're back to entering or editing Patient
information that new category will be already in the dropdown for you to
use.
b). If you want to change category name,
do the following: tap the category you would like to change, then tap the
Rename button, when finished typing, click Ok. Your changes permanently
saved.
c). And finally you can delete a category
which is not needed anymore. Simply select such category and click Delete
button.

Labs/Studies
Screen
This screen includes
date and time text boxes, which are preset to current date and time from
your Pocket PC.
To enter Lab or
Studies select appropriate option from the dropdown, type in result or
related notes in the Results textbox and tap Enter. You’ll see a new row the
table below.
If you like to
change previously entered labs or studies, please tap on desired row. It
will be highlighted with yellow color and data from this row will be loaded
into related controls i.e. Date, Time, Labs/Studies. Modify data in these
controls and when done tap Change button. Changes immediately will be
displayed in the table.
To delete
unnecessary Labs/Studies entry, highlight this row in the table and tap
Delete button. Your note will be permanently deleted.
Prescribed
Medication screen works in the same way as Labs/Studies screen.

Generate Report
Feature
Your application has a feature, which
gives you the great flexibility to generate a printable version of entered
chart on your Pocket PC. Your main advantage that you don't need desktop
application for generating reports anymore. You’ll see Generate Report
screen with patient name in the top right corner, tap the Generate Report
button, in a moment “Generated Successfully” message will be on your screen.
